'My Digital Health' Help Sessions

We’re here to help with accessing:

• Digital vaccination certificates
• My Digital Health records;
• My Gov account;
• Medicare online; and,
• Finding reliable health sources online.

Sessions are at 45-minute intervals - bookings required.

Please note: Staff are here to help you navigate the online portals to access your own health information. They are unable to provide specific advice beyond how to access the technology to use the My Gov and My Digital Health websites.

Please bring your Medicare card and email account information.

Conditions of entry to our venue

• Visitors aged 16 years and over must be - and show proof of being - fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a valid medical exemption, in line with the Chief Health Officer’s Directions.
• On arrival you will be asked to check in using the Service Victoria App. We strongly encourage you to please link your COVID-19 digital certificate to the Service Victoria app before your visit.
• Masks are required indoors.
• 4sqm density limit applies indoors
• We operate with a comprehensive COVIDSafe plan and the health and safety everyone remains our highest priority.
• Please do not attend our venue if you feel unwell.
